Anne Axtelius (Nyström)

Anne Axtelius (formerly Nyström) is an award-winning business lawyer and European Trademark and Design Attorney with over a decade of experience in corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, brand protection and dispute resolution. Her practice focuses on strategic commercial, corporate and IP advisory and strategy work, dispute resolution and cross-border business matters, helping forward-thinking companies and entrepreneurs safeguard, grow and elevate their ideas and brands.

Before founding LAWIQUE, Anne held senior and partner-level positions at leading Nordic and international law and IP firms, advising startups, SMEs, and multinational enterprises on complex commercial, IP and compliance issues. She has represented clients successfully in various dispute resolution proceedings in front of different courts and authorities as well as helped in securing amicable settlements for numerous cases.
